A workflow to make deployment safer for internal and externally facing projects. One of the key actions was “cherry pick” which inspired the VISID targeted to speak to nostalgic developers, keep them entertained through the updates, and encourage adoption – all while giving the team all the tools they needed for a smooth rollout.
We navigated requests like “use the bug from another project” and “our leader left to become a beekeeper - can we include a bee to honor them?”
